As a member of TheRoadtoFear.com, you may submit a listing to our database. Your enrollment to our database implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. 4. EDITING OF THE MEMBERSHIP/LISTING
The site member/author has sole responsabilty for content and may edit their details as needed. TheRoadtoFear.com reserves the right to remove or refuse submissions without notice. 5. IMAGES, CONTENT AND MEDIA
All imagery, Content and Media used in your listing are solely your responsabilty. TheRoadtoFear.com does not assume responsabilty for Copy Righted Materials used in a members submission.
6. UNAUTHORIZED USE
You do not have the right to represent any person(s) or company mentioned on TheRoadtoFear.com unless you are that person or company. You shall not place any of our members products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium. You also shall not offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from the member.
7. TRANSFER OF MEMBERSHIP
A persons private membership is theirs to share as they wish. However, the origanal member assumes full responsability for any activity on their account. 8. OUR REFUND POLICY
TheRoadtoFear.com sells Ad Space as defined HERE. This ad is purchased for 1 Full Calendar Year. The purchaser agrees to provide all content of the ad. The user is also responsable for any third party links to content not hosted on TheRoadtoFear.com. If TheRoadtoFear.com is responsable for posting the wrong content, the member must notify TheRoadtoFear.com via a detailed email. A full refund will be provided within 30 days of the occurance and the ad will remain posted for the duration of the calendar year term free of charge. 8. DOWNLOADS/SAVE AS
TheRoadtoFear.com is not responsable for the content posted by its members. If you choose to download or save content posted by others from TheRoadtoFear.com you do so at your own risk.
9. PAYMENT TO THEROADTOFEAR.COM
If ad space is purchased by a site member. The ad will not be posted until payment is cleared through the provided payment option on TheRoadtoFear.com.
10. INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
Your personal account information will NOT be sold or distrubuted without your writen consent. From time to time TheRoadtoFear.com may have promotions that require an aditional sign up. This registration information may be shared with third parties but will be posted so you will be made aware of it prior to signing up. TheRoadtoFear.com reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
